Please follow these rules to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for everyone.
Upon Arrival & During Your Stay:
- Virtual Reception is available via WhatsApp from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is our only communication channel during your stay.
For emergencies after hours, please use the emergency button located at the lobby entrance or contact us through the Virtual Reception.

- NO visitors allowed. For security reasons, only registered guests are permitted on the property.
We kindly ask that no outside visitors be brought in. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please rinse off any sand before entering the property or using the pool. A hose is available inside the entrance gate on the right side for your convenience.
- LATE Check-IN after 9:00 PM is possible, but a $29 USD fee applies to having a staff member waiting for you. For arrivals after midnight, an optional tip directly to the staff member who stayed up waiting will be greatly appreciated.
- Housekeeping is provided every 4th day for longer stays.
- Limited parking is available on-site. Additional public parking is located across the street at Playa Tortugas.
Please avoid parking on neighboring properties —unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
Security Rules:
- Both the entrance gate and the wooden entrance door must be kept closed at all times to ensure everyone’s safety. Please follow this rule whenever entering and leaving the property.
- No glass bottles or any type of glass containers are allowed on the ground floor or in the pool area. For your own safety, as we are all barefoot in these areas, please follow this rule strictly.
- Swimming in the lagoon is strictly prohibited due to the possible presence of crocodiles.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and must never be left unattended on the property.
Respect & Conduct:
- NO music, parties, or ball games are allowed at any time in the pool area, lobby, hallways, or other common areas.
- NO hanging of clothes or towels on balconies. Any such items found will be removed immediately.
- All suites are non-smoking. Please respect this policy. A $100 USD cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected inside the suite.
- Spring breakers are not welcome. This is a family-oriented property, designed to offer a peaceful and respectful environment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Strictly no drugs permitted on the property. Police enforcement is severe — avoid any legal trouble.
Hours & Facilities:
- Pool hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Pool towels are provided for your comfort and must remain within the property. A $50 USD replacement fee applies for any towels missing or taken outside the property. Please note that beach towels are not provided.
- Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
- Check-IN time: 3:00 PM
- EARLY Check-IN time from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM is possible if your suite is clean and ready. Nevertheless, we offer free luggage storage.
- Check-OUT time: 11:00 AM, allowing us time to prepare the suite for the next guests.
Cancellation Policy
- Non-Refundable Rate: No changes or refunds allowed. This special rate is final.
- Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that, the full amount will be charged.
- Peak Season Rate: During Christmas and New Year holidays, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
- Early Departures: No refund for unused nights once checked in.
- No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the reservation.
